Are you feeling stuck in a healing process that could use some extra support? In Community Healing Circles, the invitation is for the person needing support to call in their community of close friends or family members to hold space and participate in a healing ritual, which I will facilitate and co-create with those present. The process will last about 1-2 hours, and involve group intention setting, a grounding meditation, witnessing, and reflection, and may include group movement and dance. Cost: $400 per process (HST included)
If the cost is a barrier, consider calling on your chosen community to support the process financially as well.
What the process includes: phone consultation, email communication before and after the ritual, 1-2 hour ritual process (please note that rituals are done in person only at my home studio in Toronto), and a personalized tea to take home to support integration.
